Arrival instructions

  1. Drive to the car park and follow signs marked ‘Drop Off’.
    Your vehicle will be photographed automatically as you enter the secure premises.

  2. Park in a designated ‘Drop Off’ bay, unload your luggage, and walk to Reception.

  3. Check in at Reception and hand over your car keys.
    Your car will be safely parked by a member of staff in the secure parking area.

There is no need to call ahead on the day of arrival unless you require assistance. If needed, contact the team on 0161 518 1122.

Please allow enough time to complete check-in and transfer to the terminal.

  1. Transfer time: 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
  2. Shuttles run every 20 minutes and are included in the service.

 

Return instructions

  1. After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, call 0161 518 1122 to request your shuttle.

  2. Proceed to the Park & Ride bus stop outside your terminal.

  3. Take the Maple Parking shuttle bus back to the car park.

  4. At the car park, go to Reception, collect your keys, and you’ll be ready to drive home.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
